The Miracle Supplement

Blog

Today I’m giving you another great supplement tip! The article I wrote about my cure for adrenal fatigue got so much great feedback and requests for more… so here goes!

Nobody gives this supplement enough credit. We’re brought up knowing that it’s ‘good for us’ but it sort of sits there as this “blah blah, yeah right, whatever supplement…I know I should probably take it but who cares?!”

But I did some digging around and found many claims that when it’s taken in LARGE DOSES, it can do amazing things for your health! It can turn around your immune system, help you lose weight and has even been credited with curing serious diseases.

After just two weeks of taking it, my energy levels soared and I felt euphoric for no reason. I consider myself a generally happy person but this was such a noticeable shift. I found myself saying yes a lot more, I started my day with excitement and even staying up late with my boyfriend, which I normally never do (I’m totally neurotic about getting enough sleep!).

When I first heard about vitamin C I poo-pooed it. I wanted something much more fancy and complicated to address my health issues. But then I started to read about it and I discovered most people take it the wrong way, in small doses.

But studies have shown that we need LARGE amounts of vitamin C to experience its full power.

This blog post by my good friends at Food Matters features the work of Dr Frederick Klenner, the first physician to use large daily dosages of vitamin C to treat serious diseases.

Here’s another article by Dr Joseph Mercola on the benefits of taking high dosages of vitamin C.

Important! Please always check with your own doctor or other health professional before trying any new regime.

Here’s how I worked out my dosage:

  • I use 1000 mg tablets and find it’s best to take them with food.
  • Take 1000 mg every hour until you get the “I really need to go to the bathroom now” feeling! Loose stools are a sign that you’ve reached your maximum capacity.
  • Subtract 1000 mg and that’s your daily amount.

Don’t be surprised if you get to 10-15,000 mg before you have that feeling. It’s unlikely that you’ll always need so much but in the beginning your body sometimes needs a healthy replenishment.

Here’s a list of just some of the serious conditions Dr Klenner was able to treat successfully using aggressive vitamin C therapy:

  • Alcoholism
  • Arthritis
  • Bladder Infection
  • Burns and secondary infections
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Complications of Surgery
  • Diabetes
  • Glaucoma
  • Heat Stroke
  • Heavy Metal Poisoning
  • Hepatitis
  • Herpes Simplex
  • High Cholesterol
  • Leukemia
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Pneumonia
  • Ruptured Intervertebral Disc
  • Schizophrenia
  • Shingles
  • Some Cancers
  • Venomous Bites (insects, snakes)

Again, I never recommend anything unless I’ve had a positive personal experience with it and I believe vitamin C is definitely worth your attention.

I hope you find this useful! Please leave me a comment in the blog to let me know your results if you try it.

To your vibrant good health!
