I know you’ll love his most recent article- Effortless Ways to Lose weight and Eat more Healthy.

I love James Clear, he writes about cool ways to hack life and be healthy, based
on science. I think he has some great suggestions in this article, one of which is intermittent fasting – which I DON’T completely agree with for women. I’ve experimented with it personally and researched the science of how it works for women, and the general consensus is don’t do it for longer than 12 hours. So if you finish dinner at 8, you can fast until 8am the next day. Dinner at 7, eat breakfast at 7. DONT exceed 14 hours or it can seriously throw off your hormones. This DOES work for me and feels great. I want to encourage you to experiment with what works for you personally.

Gentle Reminder: As emotional eaters, we typically have not trained ourselves to check in with our bodies, and see see how something is actually working or feeling. So before starting anything new, I encourage you to check
in with your body and see if SHE wants to try this experiment.

Keep checking in with her throughout the experiment. Problems can arise when we follow other people’s advice blindly.

This is one of my all time favorite books! I read it two summers ago when I was on my Man free diet (which I talk about in this video). I started it because I couldn’t figure out why I was struggling with intimacy in my relationships. I would feel fine for a while, and then something would happen, I would flip and switch and start to push my partner away.

This book answers ALL of those questions. Its for people who do the avoidant pattern in relationships (if you know that term) or for people who are challenged by closeness. I seriously can’t recommend this book enough, it gave me LOTS of tapping material. :-)

Last year I learned how to make my own essential oils from a real LIVE alchemist. This guy is one of the coolest, most tapped in, authentic men I’ve ever met. He’s not well know (yet) but I’m sure that will change soon. He hand makes all his essential oils still and I swear, he has a magic that he passes through to the oils… or maybe the oils pass it through to him. Either way,
you definitely want to try his products.

Health Experiment I’m trying:
Liver Gallbaldder Flush

A few years ago my father had kidney stones. He was complaining about how expensive and ineffective the treatment was. He spent thousands of dollars going to the doctor, getting tests and taking medicine that never worked. Being the health hacker I am, I went to china town and bought him a bottle of pills (for literally 3 dollars), and the next day he was fine. That pill was basically a high dose of malic acid which is used in the liver/gallbladder cleanse.

The liver gallbladder cleanse is something that is recommended by many naturopaths and alternative doctors. Please check with your doctor first before trying anything new. Years ago, I read a book called Knockout- Doctors who cure cancer. One of the things that stood out to me was the fact that almost every doctor recommended liver/gallbladder flushes for people struggling with serious illnesses. I was struggling with energy at the time so I did several cleanses myself. I definitely felt more energetic afterward, and there’s just something about pooping out tons of stones, you just know deep down its something good for your body.

PLEASE educate yourself on it first before trying it, it’s NOT for the faint of heart.
