EFT for Weight Loss
EFT is a simple step-by-step formula that you can apply yourself, anytime, anywhere you are having a craving or an emotional urge. It works by literally rewiring your brain’s connection to food and emotions. In childhood, you formed an association between food and emotions. Later in life, that neuro-association often leads to uncontrolled cravings and an unhealthy relationship with food.

Your brain hardwired the association of cookies to good feelings, love and affirmation.
