I was hanging out with my friend Jon Gabriel recently in Australia (I know, so much fun!). As he was picking up some supplies at the store, I asked him to bring back some chocolate for me. He came back empty handed and said, “I can’t let you eat store-bought chocolate, I’ll make some for you instead.” “Okaaaay…” I said, expecting to have to play nice and choke it down... BUT to my amazement homemade chocolate is totally delicious and so I convinced Jon to show you how to make it too!
